Congrats, Monica! Way to go!!! I also want to ask what are some of your favorite "healthy" snacks??? I've been going to the gym pretty regularly, but I've got to work on the eating healthy aspect. BTW, I also have high cholesterol... And am taking fish oil, fiber tabs, a multivitamin, flax seed meal, and Pravachol. You are not alone in your "battle". I'm right there with ya'! But if you ever need someone to vent to, etc... I'm here. Again, congrats on shedding 8 pounds! I read somewhere that you don't want to "lose" weight, 'cause if something's "lost" that means you want it back....
